The cash value does not expire. If you purchase a procedure and you are not a good candidate for the procedure, the cash value can be used as a credit on any other purchase or refunded.

The purchase of any prescription product must have an accompanying prescription. If you do not have a current prescription for any prescription products purchased, we will contact you to set up a consult with our medical director to obtain one.
